In 8th grade math we focus on Algebra, emphasizing linear functions and quadratic equations, 8th graders will study topics such as systems of equations, polynomials and factoring, and more, as they cross the bridge to advanced algebra and geometry.

Course

8th graders will learn about the history of the U.S. from exploration and colonization, up until the Reconstruction period following the Civil War. Students will follow events in the development of the U.S. and the resulting impact on world history.

Course

Advanced Speech and Communication. Recommended for grades 8-10. This class builds advanced vocabulary and instills a strong foundation in the principles of human communication on the interpersonal, small group, and organizational levels.
